Friday in Leipzig

Leipzig Book Fair is over and all my photos are edited!
So I start blogging about last Friday. I spend the day in Leipzig with friends but we did not attend the bookfair this day.
Just strolling around, shopping, eating and drinking ^^

Before midday Kiki and I went to Leipzig via train.
my outfit:

I tried to wear the style I once was aming for back when I started gyaru styling. Retro girly sweet gyaru. I was inspired by old Popteen issues from autumn 2011....^^°

We first stored our luggage in our hotel and then went back into the city.

Last year it was super cold and snowy. This year it was sunny and warm <3
Kiki and I first decided to eat something! We went into a café and I had a super yummie waffle with yoghurt and ice cream and cherries *.*

At Steinbruch I tried several pieces fleckt with grey...so like salt and pepper fabrik.

Afterward we fetched Michi at the main station. She came by bus this time!
And we continued shopping.

The last piece we bought was a bobble cap for 1€ at New Yorker.
Kiki bought it in black and I bought it in grey.

In the evening we met with Hani, Mao, Goof, Senja, Jaqueline and two friends of her at "Schnitzel Culture".

We all had a giant schnitzel and a lot of fun <3 (ok. Michi had a cauliflower schnitzel^^°)
A super nice day in order to get attuned for LBM ( Leipzig Book Fair) the next days!

Book Fair Leipzig preparations, new nails

Hello everybody^^

Next weekend the book fair Leipzig will take place. If I'm not mistaken this well be my 9th time attending it. Wow~ time goes by....^^°

As you can see in my opening image, this time I will have two very contrasting cosplays/outfits.
On Saturday I will wear Padmé Amidala (packing gown) from STAR WARS Episode II.

This is how it should look like.

Here I will show you how I made the wig.
I bought two long brown straight wigs.

First I prepared the construction under the hair.
With newspaper and wallpaper paste I made it out of papier-mâshé.

Let them dry. Paint them brown.
Cut one of the two wigs in halfs.

Wrap one half wig around the papier-mâshé constuction that you painted brown...

...until it's completely covered with hair.

Do this with both constructions.

Prepare the left over wig to a bun hairstyle.

Now you have to sew the two hairconstructions alongside.

In the background you can see the clothing.

It took me a complete day to make it ^^°... and it did not work completely as I thought it would... it's not perfect but I like it^^ ... It's kind of heavy... I hope it does not slip offmy head >.<°.... aaah I'm scared!

On Sunday I will dress up as Manba again ^^
If you remember, I once did this on the Dokomi last year.

Unfortunately all photos of the Dokomi post are deleted thanks to a crashed server...

But well, this time I will have a small Manba group (I hope) and I will look different.
This is the wig I prepared.

I made it out of two wigs. One in grey and one in pink.
I cut the wigs in halfs and sewed it together. But that's not everything: 
I dissected the left over halfs in parts (like extensions) and sewed these between the layers of the wig.

So now the wig has the weight of two full wigs.
It's really two wigs in one!!!

I needed so much hair for that hairstyle!!!!

Let's hope I can carry it without destroying it before the fair ^^°

And last but not least here is my new nail design:

My beloved zebra gyaru nails *o* This time with turquoise and pink and glitter and rhinestones ^o^ Very oldschool!!!

An Cafe concert Berlin

Hello gals ^o^

Last Sunday An Cafe had a life in Berlin on their European tour.
I'm not such a big fan of the band anymore but I used to be some years ago. 
But since some of my friends are really big fans it's obvious that I'm attending the concert, too^^
It was such a funny day and event <3

Actually a small gyaru meet up of my gyarusa was planned before the concert.
So I decided for a full d.i.a. coord.

But well......  as always nearly everyone canceled the meet up -.- I was a little bit pissed ...

so only Tine and me remained ^^°

We had a coffee (or a hot chocolate) at Dunkin Donuts and chatted a lot. About changing gyaru trends, d.i.a. fukubukuros, journeys, her coming wedding and our Manba-outfits for LBM-Sunday. It was really nice ^o^

Kiki, Senja, Goof, Hani and Mao had a good excuse for not coming to the "gyaru meet".

They had VIP tickets for the concert and had to prepare ^^

We met Goof, Senja and Kiki at KFC in the afternoon.

They even were on the An Cafe concert in Munich and had just arrived in Berlin in the morning.

So we hit the road to "Lido" the concert location.

In front of the club there were already waiting a lot of ... colourful people^^°

 That "Kamehameha" even influenced AnCafe (especially Super-Kanon) on the stage XD But that story belongs to the VIP-concertgoers who had a meet-and-greet with the band before.

So everybody except Tine and me ^^°

So we had a super funny time before the concert <3

Then it was about time to enter for the VIPs.

Tine: "Wait! Don't leave us alone..."

Well, Tine and me had to wait longer for entering.... during that time Tines girlfriend came by. It got terribly cold in the evening ,so the rest of the time we waited at a small bar next to the location.

Tine, her girlfriend and me stayed in the back of the club. (The VIPs  were in the front row)

So we had a lot of space for furi, dancing and hadbanging... haha~ I had to hold my hairstyle ^^°

The show itself was really nice ^^ A little bit short... but they played a lot of well known songs. A lot of old songs. Not so many new songs from their new album... but well. I had a lot of fun <3

It was the last of the four concerts in Germany. So it was the end of the An Cafe tour for Kiki, Goof and Senja who attended all four German concerts.

We had so much fun and so I swore an oath by nyappy that if they come back for such a tour that I will also attend the complete tour ^^°~ nyappy
